Fashion experts are predicting the worst recession since the 1930’s, and how are they calculating this we hear you ask from the size of our heels! Apparently the last time our heels were this high was during the Great Depression in the 30’s, and things seem to be heading in the same direction. Shoes rise to this height as women look for cheaper ways to cheer themselves up, well a bit of retail therapy in the footwear department certainly puts a smile on our faces!
