Fans of the Manolo Blahnik and Coca Cola collaboration of 2005 are in for a real thirst quencher.  For the 2009 fashion week, Manolo Blahnik has collaborated with Coca Cola once again.  The result is a new sole for the iconic coke bottle, which is decorated with Manolo’s shoe illustrations.   The design is available in a limited edition bottle

 and only 10,000 pieces are being made.  If you can read German, it looks like there is even a contest being held to commemorate the occasion.Manolo Blahnik was asked to dress another Coca-Cola Light bottle.This is the second time for the famous Spanish designer, in fact in 2005 he added a little of his own magic to the Coke bottle and the resulting limited edition have since become a cult classic.Mr Blahnik was inspired by the joy of “designing something that made him smile”, as he said in 2005.The stylish design looks very simple and chic thanks to the white background and little red shoes all around the bottle’s silhouette.Only 10,000 bottles have been created, but the distribution is yet unknown.
